Site Safety Services

DOB site safety plans, site safety coordinators, concrete and fire safety managers, flaggers and fire watch, kept compliant with Chapter 33 and Local Law 196.

New York City has some of the strictest construction safety rules in the country, and one missed requirement can stop a job cold.

We prepare and file DOB site safety plans, provide site safety coordinators for mid rise projects (7 to 14 stories, or 100 to 199 feet), concrete safety managers, fire safety managers, flaggers and fire watch personnel, and we run toolbox talks, job hazard analysis reviews and daily safety logs.

Our safety professionals keep a site compliant with Chapter 33 of the NYC Building Code and with Local Law 196 training requirements, which protects the workers, the schedule and the permits at the same time.

Suspended Scaffolds

Suspended scaffold operations for high-rise elevations, giving crews controlled vertical access over an occupied street with material and debris handled on the same rig.

Sidewalk Bridges

Sidewalk bridges designed and erected to protect the public walking underneath the work, with lighting, parapet protection and a walkway width that keeps the pavement usable for the whole program.
